PURCHASES

The sale of products through this site is a distance contract and is governed by the provisions contained in Chapter I, Title III, art. 45 et seq. Of Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005, n.206 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the rules of electronic commerce.

changes

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through any statement) from the date of receipt of the product, and to ask to exchange the goods the consumer has purchased for one or more different items.
In case of change, the customer must bear, in accordance with the law, the cost of returning the goods he wants to change and the shipping costs of the new goods he wants to receive. Costumi Nicolao Atelier Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
The change request can be made by writing an email to costumia@nicolao.com where all the data of the customer, the order number and attached proof of purchase online must be indicated. The customer will receive all the instructions to make the change.
The returned item can be sent by courier or regular mail, under the responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt of the goods at Costumi Nicolao Atelier Srl.

returns

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through any statement) from the date of receipt of the product, and another 14 to return the goods and get a refund. In case of return the customer, according to the law, will have to bear the cost of return.
The customer must send an email to costumia@nicolao.com providing their personal data, the order number, the code of the article and the proof of purchase on line and say explicitly that he intends to receive a refund.
The return can be sent by courier or priority mail attaching proof of purchase online.
The customer is responsible for the goods until they are accepted by Nicolao Atelier. Costumes Nicolao Atelier Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, as shipped. Products made to order and goods that are obviously used and damaged will not be returned. The right does not apply to custom-made and/or personalized goods at the request of the customer.

The purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts. Upon its arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage and tampering that would affect the possibility of putting it back on sale.

The right of withdrawal is totally void for lack of the above conditions.

Costumi Nicolao Atelier Srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized changes or returns.
